Providing you supply all the information we need promptly our legal team don’t hang about! However, we are also reliant on the other party responding quickly too. Typically cases don’t take more than 12 months, often much less.What fees will I have to pay?None at all – we operate on a no win, no fee basis – so there’s no deposit, no fees at the completion of the case, no commission or percentage of your claim due – you pay nothing and you get 100% of the compensation.
